1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a visit through My Primary Care, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Services
My Primary Care provides on-site veterinary technician services, including grooming, medication administration, wellness checks, dental care, and medical pet sitting. Our technicians are not licensed veterinarians and do not diagnose, prescribe, or perform surgical procedures. Care provided does not replace examinations by a licensed veterinarian.
3. Booking, Payment & Fees
An $81 veterinary technician visit fee applies once per pet per visit (waived for Medical Pet Sitting). Payment is collected at the time of booking through our payment processor. Prices and availability may change at any time.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your visit to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged the technician visit fee.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your pet, including medical history, temperament, and current medications, and to ensure a safe environment for the technician during the visit.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Primary Care is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the visit in question.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
